SHELTER ISLAND TURN OF THE CENTURY WATERFRONT WITH DOCK

Located in one of the most sought after estate sections of Shelter Island, with western facing sunset views and green lawns stretching to sandy beaches and blue salt water, "Half Moon Beach", a vintage Queen Anne shingle style home, was built in 1899 by millionaire beer baron Peter Doelger, owner of one of the oldest established beer breweries in New York City.
